Buying furniture on the web can be a daunting task and we understand that.  Our return policy is designed to clearly outline our return procedure, so you can feel comfortable knowing what you have purchased and the rules attached to that purchase.  If you have any questions on our return policy, need to place your order, or simply want to talk about a particular item, we would be more than happy to hear from you!  Please call 1.888.808.EURO, the home of FREE shipping!

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that you would like to return your purchase, please review the scenarios below for protocol:

My purchase was damaged in shipping.
If the item has been damaged by the shipping company and is visibly broken, we ask that you refuse acceptance of this item from the shipping company and contact customer service immediately at support@euromoderno.com.  We will send you a new item and you will not be responsible for any shipping costs.  If you have already accepted the damaged shipment, you must report this within 72 hours to support@euromoderno.com.

Once I received my item(s), I changed my mind about the purchase.
The buyer would be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.  Once the item has been received by EuroModerno, the difference will be credited to your credit or debit card. If the item is not properly repackaged and is received damaged, you will be charged for the full amount of the purchase and no refund will be granted.  All returns/exchanges must be reported within 7 days of delivery; after 7 days, items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.


I decided I do not like the color.
Before you purchase, it is always encouraged that you call our sales department to discuss color shades (1.888.808.EURO).  However, the photos you see on our website are photos of the actual product—in other words, there should be no surprises.  If you still do not like the color, you would be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.  Once the item has been received by EuroModerno, the difference will be credited to your credit or debit card.  If the item is not properly repackaged and is received damaged, you will be charged for the full amount of the purchase and no refund will be granted. My purchase has a manufacturers defect.
In very rare cases, there could be a manufacturers defect.  A broken strap, a missing button, or a small leather tear would likely qualify as manufacturers defect.  In this unlikely and infrequent event, you will need to submit comprehensive photos of the damage to support@euromoderno.com, and we will assess the damage.  You will either be offered a replacement part, a partial refund, or we will send you an RMA to return and/or exchange the item.  EuroModerno reserves the right to charge return shipping or restocking fees if this is not reported in 7 days of receipt and/or the buyer has declined reasonable partial refund offers.  If there is a returned item and the item is not properly repackaged and is received damaged, you will be charged for the full amount of the purchase and no refund will be granted. All manufacturer defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery; after 7 days, items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

I placed a custom order and I would like to return it
If your custom order was damaged in shipping or had a manufacturers defect, we would treat your custom order as if it were a regular item; we would handle return shipping and the order would be exchanged free of charge.  Otherwise, there are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.  Any unauthorized returns on custom orders will not be accepted and refunds will not be granted.  Refunds, despite the cause of return, will not be granted on custom orders in any case.

**Clearance Items
All clearance item sales are final. In the event that a clearance item is on back order, EuroModerno will notify you within 48 hrs. of purchase.  The customer then will have 3 business days to cancel otherwise, the sale is final.
